Surgery Policy
The Night Before:

Your pet should not have anything to eat after 10:00 pm the night before the surgery. Please ensure that he or she has plenty of water.

Dropping Off:

Pets dropped off for routine surgery should be here between 7:15-9:00 am. Please allow 15-20 minutes to check in so all necessary paperwork can be filled out, the procedure can be fully explained, and any questions you have can be answered. The Client care specialist will also schedule a pickup time that is convenient for you.

The Morning of the Surgery:

The drop-off provision allows us to complete the surgeries in a timely manner, making sure your loved one has a full day of monitoring and attention.

After the Surgery:

The anesthesia nurse will call to update you on your pet’s status after the surgery. Every animal that has been anesthetized spends the night with us. Your pet will receive a final post-surgical, comprehensive exam and complimentary bath before being returned to you.
