Dr. Prause
DVM

Born and raised in a small town in England surrounded by nature, I developed an early passion for animals and a keen interest in their welfare. My journey to becoming a veterinarian began with a deep-seated love for creatures big and small. Horse riding, from dressage to barrel racing, was the mainstay of my youth. I received an early acceptance to Texas A&M Veterinary School as an enthusiastic and diligent student. I immersed myself in various clinical rotations, gaining hands-on experience with multiple animals. I was the student president of the International Veterinary Student Association and also won the Winnie Carter Wildlife & Exotic Animal Award in 2011. I then became a member of local, state, and national veterinary associations, staying abreast of the latest advancements and collaborating with fellow professionals to enhance the standard of care for my patients.
My professional interests encompass all aspects of medicine, but I have special interests in dentistry, senior wellness, osteoarthritis & pain management, feline, and exotic medicine. Combining medical expertise with genuine compassion reflects my belief that every animal deserves the highest quality of care. I assess each patient individually and offer a personalized approach to care.

Beyond my professional endeavors, I enjoy spending time with my family and loving our Australian shepherd dog, Ragdoll cat, Rhode Island red chickens, and Albino corn snake. You can often find me listening to comedy podcasts, and I particularly enjoy music trivia.

Dr. Erlandson

Dr. Erlandson
DVM

Dr. Erlandson was born and raised in Fort Worth, Texas. At an early age, she developed an interest in the diversity and capabilities of dogs, as well as a deep appreciation for the human-animal bond. After observing veterinary surgical procedures during her undergraduate studies, she decided to pursue a career in veterinary medicine.
While attending Baylor University, Dr. Erlandson served as president of the Pre-Veterinary Association for two years. During this time, she also created a program to provide preventive veterinary care to the campus’s feral cat population. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology in 2019 and subsequently graduated from the Texas A&M School of Veterinary Medicine in 2023.

Dr. Erlandson joined Highway 30 Veterinary Clinic in 2025. Her professional interests include soft tissue surgery and dentistry. Outside of her clinical work, she enjoys running, sailing, and spending time with her husband and their two dogs and one cat.
